Got my Vrs!

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I've been a member for a while now, but only took the plunge and bought a vrs on Friday, very happy with it!

Its an 2005 55 model, with only 34k on the clock and FSH. - £6,800.

I'm very happy with the way it drives, i've never driven one before-or even test drove one!

It's completely standard at present, the only planned mods are to:

>remove 'FABIA' from the boot,

>Get the alloys sprayed anthracite.

That will be it for now, beacuse my insurance is already high.

The only problem with it (at the moment) is that the 'on pully thing' for the aircon in the glove box is not attached -(see last two pics!) I've tried to push the plastic back onto the rubber tube, but it doesn't seem to want to stay.- Can anybody help!!??

Cheers guys

Cheers matey, its rather a lot quicker than my old 1.0 metro!

Looks nice and clean :D

The pipe isnt connected in that little compartment on my car either, it wouldnt stay on and I dont use it anyway so I just left it !

glove box on drivers side?

It certainly is! My previous and first car was an old 998cc miniMetro. At least with that car you knew exactly what each pipe and wire did, the only microchip in it was in the radio that I put in.

I hope you enjoy your car, you've made the right choice. biggrin.gif

Nice cars, enjoy. :D
