Lets hope its not going to be to difficult to sort. I guess it all depends on the state of the turbo once its removed, if the turbo broke up then bits of the blades could be all over the inside of the engine/FMIC.

IME, if bits of intake turbine make it into the engine, you can hear them jamming between the pistons and head.
