I know where your coming from monkhai, i've had two duff batteries. And they've all reported as being a decent battery.

Fordfan: thanks for the answer. but,the main positive feed is 10 sq ( not the connection from the ignition) it is connected to the solenoid (sometimes mounted on the starter) If it was connected to the starter the engine would be turning over all of the time.
