Mk2 Octavia 2.0TFSI

originally had bluefin stage 2+.(incl previous stage 1 and 2 bluefin) wasnt happy with it.

Replaced it with shark performance stage 3 with STS.

Much better power delivery and no more of the old lumpy delivery. In general just better all over

8 months on my car is stock now with a stage 1 Shark performance remap.

240hp, 270Ibft, and a very nice drive it is indeed

Silver Octavia 1.8T 2003.

Angel Tuning generic Stage 1 remap since April, with no complaints.

It's got a smooth power delivery, it's quick, loads of pull midrange and a good price, with good service.

RS TDI PD Bluefinned. (already had 6 or 7 different files on (also because of the factory updates) thanks to the SC people who promptly and correctly answered my questions)

Currently (the last >35tkm) an HPO (=stage2?) file.

I have a 2.0 140PD DSG with a stage 1 remap by "Upsolute" (185bhp & 400nm)

Mk2 octavia vrs petrol. Stage 1 Dna tuning remap plus Itg panel filter.

Now running DNA stage 3 with BSH trueseal, APR HPFP, S3 intercooler and 3" down pipe and Decat.

Mk II petrol VRS with a Pendle Performance map (done by one of their agents). Alas, no Pendle in the list. However, I think Pendle and a few others (CC?) get their maps from a German VAG specialist. Hoping to go Stage 2 with Shark in 2010 when I have enough pennies for the exhaust.

Mk2 Octy Vrs Tfsi, with bluefin stage 1. Very happy with the simplicity and ability to switch maps to original. Moreover, will be able to use bluefin when my new Fl Vrs arrives, for a fee of course.

Its happened before. But, as you say if you're out of warranty then its all good.
