I wouldn't inflict the lunacy that goes on around here on an unsuspecting relative :D

It certainly is, but Ross is too much of a wuss to put it on a track :P

There is another rather swift Diesel Skud, but it's owner is somewhat reluctant to tell us what he's done to his "SDi" ;)

SLOW Diesel Indeed?

Almost fell over outside the Museum walking backwards to frame that shot

if i am right, when i was there (2001) there was some crazy skoda pic on there, can't remember what it was though...

yes, up until earlier this year it was the same 100-foot-high size but of the Occy WRC in full flight on some dusty mountain-top special stage. Now replaced with the butt-ugly Mark 3 road car ! Can"t get excited over the style, Volvo-ish bonnet etc, but the Combi works better I think.

-Fascinating watching the picture ("Muriel" !) being done though, at dusk they project onto the wall from 100 yards away in the museum, to identifiy the main outlines, then some one goes up in the window-cleaning cradle with a compressor and paint gun ! No, really ! Real Fred Dibnah stuff !
