hehe it annoys me as i can see it when driving at night and it distracts me some times so id like to either remove it or turn it off as i dont smoke so ashtrays and fag lighters are of no use

I don't smoke in it either but I had no lighter and was going to have a fag whilst waiting for a lady to meet me.

Lower spec Fabias have a 12v socket with a blank rather than the lighter. It's just moulded plastic so the dealer should be able to get you one.
