vRS 4WD Conversion?

Featured Replies

:D i'd be up for some of that, bet its in the 2k range, if they can do it at all...

Group buy anyone :D

wtf TVR

I've wondered about this :rubchin:

How easily could the system from the 4x4 version be installed in the Octy vRS? Are there differences in the floorpan and suspension?

Or can it be bolted straight on?!!! :smash:

Perhaps it would be more simple to go the other way and get a 4x4 and chip it! :D

I know in the US there is a company which turn the front wheel drive Golf GTi into a 4MOTION (Obviously still 1.8T) but it seemed to cost in the region of $9000 I think.

hmmm 4wd and diesel what more could you want :P

Sounds interesting. ;)

Would be quite a package... hpa motorsport in the US do 4motion beetles, golfs, anything on this platform...

..oh, and twin turbo V6's with about 550bhp! :D

I prefer this myself (sorry if you have problems d/ling, the server is on my PC so if it's off then you camt download it, although I do have a static IP address so it should be ok!)

I looked at having my Mondeo converted to 4x4 Cossie power about 5 years ago, not cheap @10K IIRC, full respray needed after etc.
