Now that's a real multi-purpose vehicle!

Love it

WTF.... :giggle: Why?

first mortgage went on a car instead of a house? but need somewhere to sleep i suppose!?

That's what I love about the 911; put a roof-rack on, tow a caravan, park it on the street (there's a nice Carrera 4 that's parked outside the guy's house next street up from me).

These are things you just can't/wouldn't do with any other supercar.

You spend all that money on a nice car and then can't aford a proper holiday.

Reminds me of this that we were talking about the other day on the NZ forum

Yes but that's an older porker, pulling an airstream with a lass with a nice body in the picture.... it's so much better than a porker with a UK spec caravan behind it.

Hang on - his pop-up spoiler is up in the first photo - I thought that only came up at speeds over about 70-80?

Since when was a Porche 911 a super car ? Sports car yeah, but no way a super car.

Its not far out cheeze, it was on french plates, the swmbo was very fit though came with an optional ankle biter, it was clocked on the autoroute just south of St Etienne.

You can raise and lower the spoiler on the 997 Porsche at any speed yourself, it only automatically raises at 130kph.

Porsche have made some supercars. I'd class a 430 or a Gallardo as a supercar and the 996/997 GT2 is certainly up there with them.

A sports car to me is something along the lines of something fairly fast but not stupidly fast, something like BMW M3, Boxster, S5, etc.

Obviously none of the above even comes close to a Fabia MKI 2.0.

That's wrong, just plain wrong!

If you can afford a 911, surely you can afford to have someone else tow your caravan.

Just to give you a clue re the spoiler issue, we were stuck in a traffic jam and the occupants were packing away the remanents of a picnic and wiping down the spoiler

LMFAO spat my coffee there :giggle::rofl:

Have clocked some serious hyper/supercars today, will post shortly on new thread, sorry didn't see any fabia MK1 2.0's.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

The best I ever saw was a guy turn up at Prescott in a vintage racing Bentley with a modern caravan in tow. Spent the weekend racing the Bentley up the Hill, and then drove home on the Sunday!!

Sheer class!!

LMAO.

The picture of the older porsche and caravan with the fit lass looks ace! That makes caravanning look cool. Now if only I had a setup like that for my old caravan!

I wouldn't let her stand on my roof!

Even if she is touching herself!

Body of a catwalk, face of crimewatch is I believe the correct expression, hence my comment of `nice body` above
