Forge say it can be fitted either way round on their fitting instructions, only refering to the noise level with it being fitted in reverese.

I'm so tempted to try..............Mmmmmmmmmm!

I have just reversed mine to see the difference.

Definatly more of a dump valve sound, you get a little whistle and its alot more noticeable.

The car doesnt (im not sure if this is boost, im thick) pick up as well and doesnt feel as agressive.

Going to run it for a few days to see if i like it.

If anyone knows of any downsides please let me know, dont want to break my vRS.
