I tend to drop mine a little as the heat generated on track "over inflates" them. :) I'll probably drop mine to an ambient 25 psi.

PS: EVERYONE bring some damn sunscreen! Its gonna be a scorcher (for April....) B) B) B)

Ok thanks for the tip jase. Is that like 9psi under standard? seems like rather a lot :o

Mine won't be washed before Saturday due to lack of time, laziness and 200 mile drive

Mine won't be washed before Saturday due to lack of time, laziness and 200 mile drive

As long as its bloody fixed! :D

All cleaned and hidden back in the garage after a wash a polish a layer of hard wax and a layer of soft wax :smirk:

And a vacum , tyre gel and what not :giggle:

Also a once again shiny tailpipe due to some metal polish :D

Im a strange person and get strange ideas and urges on the spur of the moment .... I cant be trusted with cleaning stuff for 5 mins  I got sent inside before doors and boots were getting opened :smirk: my little munchkin came out shouting for her daddy :p

It's touch and go if im gona be there or not :/ depending on some parts turning up 2mo then ali @ unit 18 getting them fitted.

I spent all day yesterday and all day today (up to 3pm -- having a break) cleaning/preparing the car and I haven't even begun polishing/waxing it yet! All the wheels have been removed, cleaned, polished, sealed and tyre sprayed but no doubt it will be filthy after the 150 mile drive there. :( Fingers crossed for weather like today, I think I've actually got a little bit burnt working on the car!

Tyre pressure check

Brakes check

Wheels removed, cleaned and torqued back up check

Screen fluid full check

New oil + filter check

Boost pipes secured/checked check

Spare MAF in boot check

Full tank of V-Power check

Windows cleaned inside and out by my nan check

Phoned break down cover and said if I push the car away from the circuit I can be recovered if breakdown/crash - check

Drivers licence in dashboard ready for track - check

Aye... we need to find some more mud to wade through before we get to Castle Combe!

The pair of Pasty Wagon's will also be rocking up mid-morning.

It does look like it;s going to be a scorcher of a day but can i remind all those on track that you will need long trousers and long sleeves for the track session.

If you are feeling brave it'll be fine to spend the rest of the day in shorts and a tshirt but when on track you will need to cover up that bare skin - I can but assume the marshalls are prudes! :)

really looking forward to this, had my car serviced at UNIT 18 yesterday who replaced a droning wheel bearing, oil sump pic up, leaking VVT gasket and injector seals so am very confident in the car. Just need to give it a good clean tonight inside and out and load up a chair, helmet and some food and water and I'm ready B)

Furry is showing me the way so hopefully he knows where he's going

i sure do!!!

but may take us the back way in tomoz as the ques will be bad!!

Queues are always bad, especially along the straight by the paddock entrance. Thats another reason why I am aiming for an 8am arrival as it shouldn't really be too bad then. :) Don't forget. In PADDOCK entrance, then immediately left, and K3 to K6. Park somehow neatly / artily, if you can :D

Looks like my car is not going to be ready as the parts havent turnt up yet :( but i should be still coming as my mate still has track time with us guys so if anyone wants to buy my track time they can?

Look's like I'll be in my brothers Saxo as my car will be at the garage till next week.

So who's next on the reserve list as my track pass will be availible.
