All i could see at the top was 'reply to this topic'?

At the top of each board index there's a big black button saying "Start new topic"

I just tried and successfully uploaded ONE picture. After that i receive a message saying You can upload up to Uploading is not allowed of files (Max. single file size: 500K). The first file was only 80kb?

Is there a special way to upload pictures?

I've failed to upload pictures too recently - I post to Photobucket and then link - no restrictions then

get a photobucket account

Finally! I found the Board Index you were talking about. Had to go to Forums-INTRODUCE YOURSELF!. There i could see 'start new topic'. Thanks for that. I will also use my photobucket account for pictures. The 500k limit is way too small.

Just to let you know. I just tested the sealed holes and i've found a brand new point where the water is entering! I'm having soo much fun doing this :@.

I'll keep you updated.

No - that's the wrong one. That will start a new topic in THAT board. There is a button like that at the top of EVERY board index. For Fabia questions you need to start a new topic in the Fabia board - http://www.briskoda.net/forums/forum/26-skoda-fabia-i/

Oh right! I didn't know they were categorised. Thanks for that!

I had the same problem, with front side edge of door seal leaking onto the inner sill, my underlay was soaked with water, so much that I had to cut it out and chuck it. The smell was awful. As a little temporary preventitive solution, I used a very technical Duct Tape Solution.

Get the best cloth duct tape you can and rip off about 4 inches.

Holding it lengh ways, squeeze a ridge of about 10mm horizontally across centre of the tape to make a shape a bit like a windscreen wiper blade. Now place it on the leading edge (towards front of car) of the door at the bottom, stick it on at 45 degrees. Put it out of eye sight so it doesnt bother you.

Hey Presto, any water dripping down the front edge of door will now channel to outside of door rather than the inner edge near your carpets.

Alternatively, dont be a cheapskate go get a new door rubber fitted:)

I have a horrible feeling i need to do this :(

i did my rear door seals recently, hopefully this problem doesn't manifest itself...
