I know that the vRS is geared slightly different but when Autocar tested the old Ibiza TDI Sport 130 they had the max speed in each gear down as:

1st 31/5100

2nd 57/5100

3rd 87/5100

4th 129/5100

5th 129/4040

6th 122/3210

The Fabia shouldnt be too far off this
