Apologies for your wait, this week especially has been madness due to a high interest taken at GTI International over the weekend.

Had a good play with the car; the difference is quite astonishing!

Aswell as being fun to drive, it seems my car is now producing an extra 6mpg more despite the spirited driving. Looking like a win win situation

I remember Ben saying one other person had a flat spot issue when they got their map last week. Whoever you are have you managed to get it sorted?

I've been calling for over a week without any luck and am really wondering when this is likely to get looked at or even a call returned? I know it is a busy time but a courtesy call is all I wanted last week regarding if this is a problem for my car, what the fault code the map brought up means and when I can expect a solution. Now I haven't demanded it to be sorted straight away and I am now very frustrated with the lack of technical support.

The only other solution is for me to drive to shark if I don't get a call back soon which of course will put me out of pocket £70 in fuel. This shark reputation is slowly fading with me.

Well, the map has been on for a few journey's and its brill. Managed to equal my best mpg of 53 so fingers crossed a whole tank can better it. Well chuffed, thanks Ben, Cheryl and everyone else

Well i loaded map on last night, i carnt believe the difference in the old girl.

Had abit of a drive last night then ended up on a unplanned mad dash down a1 today,

Carnt believe how its pulls and just keeps pulling, having driven a couple of remapped volvos in past i was expecting abit more lag before turbo wound up but there isnt,

Wasn't that bothered about getting it remapped yet but im glad i did

Nicky boy, as you know I HAVE tried to call you back. We've got 30odd units out earlier than we said, been to a two day trade show (I can't tell you the last time I had a day off, at least 3 weeks ago) and we are moving premises. I'm a human being and as people keep calling and asking to speak to me personally, it's pretty hard to keep on top of things as I just run out of hours in the day. It's 17:30 on a Sunday, I've just finished work and got home to my family, and I'm taking the time to reply. Now I'm not perfect but I'm trying, I have tried to call you back more than once, and I care enough to be sat here replying.. It will get sorted so please be patient and when we finally get chance to speak we'll try to get to the bottom of it.

I'm afraid not for the forseeable future, this was our second group buy this year so it'll be the last for this year.

Perhaps my phone is not registering missed calls. Like I said I know you are busy and I am not expecting it to be sorted quickly only required a voicemail or message on here to state how much of a problem the fault is and a rough idea of a date for it to be rectified. This is hopefully only a 5 minute call.

I also work silly hours and have family so I understand where you are with that. I did leave a message with you guys just to leave a voicemail if you can't get through.

If this code and symptoms are not a huge issue then I can wait. I only want an idea of when. I apologise for moaning but I thought a week may have been enough time.

Anyway I don't want to fall out. I will not pester you again for a few days.

Any news on a rough date to receive a test map? Just to confirm I am not trying to rush you or annoy you. I feel bad now for getting worked up the other day. Had a bad week I think. Let's hope this one is better.
