Got mine back just over an hour ago, uploaded to ecu, took it for a quick test drive on a short (approx 1.5 miles) dual c/w - well was it worth the wait...........

Absolutely YES :clap: power delivery is so smooth, torque has increased and acceleration is off the scale :yes: the real test will be the next time towing the van but from the improvements driving solo I think it will tow so much better!

Sounds like he is still real busy. I had a problem with my map and am struggling to get hold of him as he is always with a customer. I missed his call at 7.30pm last night as well, working long hours it would seem. We will all be sorted soon no doubt.

Not bad, mpg slightly up last night and similar this morning. 3rd seems to pull much better. Have to be careful as I used to build up speed ready to overtake and now its there ready. It seems better and how it should be after all 105bhp in such a big car is quite low on power

well, just a quick addition to this thread as i went upto shark today for my remap. After finding out my car had already been mapped, Ben kindly offered me the option of seeing what a shark map did to my already mapped car and if i didnt see a difference then id get a full refund. However, after the shark map was uploaded and clearly it was a better map............. I went with the shark map!

So, thanks alot Ben, for your patience and expert advice, I CANNOT recommend shark enough! Fantastic one on one customer/technical service/advice.

Think they are still silly busy. I've had a small problem with my map for a week and have called everyday. I did get a missed call off Ben but still haven't managed to speak to him. I expect he is getting a lot of calls and a lot of maps to do. Apparently he was working till 11.30pm last night!!!!

sent mine 22nd, received back 27th - did you get a confirmation email to say they had received your map?

Do you mean uploading the performance map from PC to STS?

Did you dl the latest version? 3.86 I believe it was
