uTorrent is the most popular at the moment, available for both Windows and Mac.

As said above can't beat utorrent it wont gobble system resources like other clients :thumbup:

And dont forget to set it up with appropriate port and adjust settings accordingly for best response :thumbup:

If your using linux then transmission seems to be pretty good. I use it a lot and its pretty solid and opensource (safe)

There's Vuze as well.

A good site yes but dont think it comes with download medium hence the need for for something like Utorrent as said previous.

The site isnt always open to new registrants so you have to keep visiting the site or if lucky get an invite from a member.:thumbup:

Just tried that & it's blocked the BBC, Nectar (Rewards Scheme) + loads of others that I use and are safe!

There are many happy users of PeerGuardian/PerrBlock. You can allow http traffic, but block other traffic (ie. p2p). To not use it is unwise.... however I guess the authoritises like easy pickings :rofl:
