Well ive managed to get the window sorted but I have a nice dent in the body work that probably wont be cheap to sort out. You work hard to get nice stuff and people love to ruin it, only the minority but god arent they annoying.

nothing was taken as I emptied the car only a day previous. How can this happen at a kids park for gods sake. Cheers for the replies people, I have calmed down now and have taken the 70 quid insurance hit for the window

I feel your pain buddy, so if nothing was taken the damage was either done for a laugh or just out of spite.....(probably by a BMW owner!)

Gutted for you. I too have had the pleasure of vandalism and car theft so know how violated you are feeling now. Try to keep your chin up and get your great car back the way you want it.

No CCTV anywhere near! The scrotes were targeting the local crematorium car park here in Lincolnshire! Talk about no scruples! Where were you in the. Uk ? Only asking as it appears to be getting a lot worse up north.

This hasn't been a random act of vandalism!! Someone has gone there equipped to do this because theses windows are extremely hard to smash. I know this because my wifes mate accidently locked her kid in her vrs and lost the key. So I thought if I put this window out and pull the handle I could get him out. It took ages even with a big hammer and a pin punch. In the end I had to smashed the bigger door window. All was well in the end but it took a few days to get replacement glass. It would have been easier to go through the windscreen as Auto windscreens etc have them in stock. Found the keys an hour later lol. SCUMBAGS though I'd be devasted if it was mine the glass can be replaced quite easily but the bodywork will be a pain. String them up and beat them.

I live in Bristol. We bought our house here a year ago and it seemed ok and in the last month there has been 2 brutal stabbings, 1 shooting, my mrs' work has had the windows put in twice and someone got randomly done in by a hammer by some scooby driver.

yeah i know mate i sound old when i say that to people also. but its true.

got 3 bricks thrown from moving car at christmas time and paint stripper all over boot. the brick hit the door where my little one sits and i had just lifted her out and taken her in the house.

so if i had left her for a min while getting bags in it could have been worse.

police, they dont take vandlism serious. i setup cctv camera hidden and caught them doing paint stripper, however even though the guy who did the paint stripper drove the same colour, make and model of car caught throwing bricks afer the first one they could not do anything. it was crap mate. that was then and year before when i was out seeing a client at christmas time 4 15 year olds jumped on my car when it was in a car park, kicked the wing mirror off and pulled merc badge out and threw a printer on the bonnet. their was witnesses and they got caught. went to childrens panel and they got off because apparently they were too young to understand what they were doing lol. i mean come on. i knew at 15 not damage other peoples property.

just people dont like seeing other people do well. happens all the time and does not help when the justice system gives these people a slap on the wrist when they do get caught.

Total *******, cant think of any other sentiments.

I think we all 'hate these people' or scumbags as they should be called.

Lets hope something much worse comes there way.
