We do seem to have a slight problem with members digressing, but provided the original query/issue has been addressed, the Moderators exercise huge amounts of discretion as to how far the thread can go off course thereafter. It's all a balance between keeping the forums informative on the one hand, and lively and entertaining on the other. :D

I have had the front subframe and offside lower wishbone replaced after 3 weeks. Still get a knock on the passengers side when going over some potholes. Not sure if this is normal for a car with sports suspension? Anyone.

Asked customer services why water floods in when the bootlid is opened - reply it is a characteristic of the car. No it is a design fault!

Why do they come out with such rubbish? I asked once before I bought the car why it had no rear 12v socket in the hatch - reply that is confidential!

To be honest the customer services side doesn't appear to be too clever. But, then again maybe I am expecting too much.
