Any tips on the dedicated, tried last night, but could not get her to appear in the lobby. Can't recal lthe forward ports, but the GTR forums suggested ones.

Might drop the laptop into the dmz later, see if that helps.

make sure you have latest DX and gfx drivers...

its very very hard. but that makes it worth it.. i am bred of gt4 now cos its too easy to make progress...

Good point, just to note anyone else with an ATi card, they updated the driver less than 2 weeks ago.

Oh, graphically it is stunning, its just a work of art! Ive only played the demos but i just wasnt happy with how it feels. Is Spa a bumpy circuit in the braking zones? coming into the bus stop seems the only stable place. Could never quite get the car sorted, even in the 360 going down the straight the back end just starts bouncing up a down.

Though my main reason for not buying it is even on the lowest AI setting, i'm 3 seconds off the times in NGT ( is it working??? am i really that bad!!!)

I had the same problem with the demo - I got the unofficial press demo which was fine - then downloaded the 1st official demo - no good.

Downloaded 2nd official demo - all ok.

I'll make it an oval...look I managed a lap of the spectator seating the other night....no idea where, but I managed to enter the stands with pin point accuracy through a well placed gap in the fencing...you can go for a nice little pootle out there. Anything is possible I tell you, funny thing isI got black flagged for doing a u'y into the pits

Do any of you lot have any decent set ups for the Ferrari 360? Damn thing understeers like a Vaux Astra (which for those who don't know suffers from a terminal case of it - at least my Dad's '96 1.6 estate did anyway)

WOW - just tried my first ickle bit of on-line - saw a couple of the guys on their - a little too much of NEO_VR's ferrari at one point - still we didnt crash.

need to practice without the assists - tried a couple of runs with no assists at all - just can't react quick enough - ah well - practice makes less kak handed
