Syndicate track car

Featured Replies

We could start small by entering the 12 hour Motorized Lawn Mower Race & build up!

I think it should be a souped up Feli myself..........proper old school & easily modifyable/light.

I like both of those ideas tbh..

I must admit I am seriously tempted by this idea/suggestion, not sure how it would work in practice, I suppose it could work in a similar way to a share in a light aircraft, you buy a share with a one off payment then pay a yearly rental / maintenance cost, in return for dedicated track time/use of car. If you want out then you sell your share on.

Currently though I've too many fingers in too my pies, though will be keen to see how this pans out.

So you're not offering the project car up for this then?.........

The sumps not baffled so it probably isn't a good idea. I was thinking maybe mk1 octavia hatch, one that needs a little love and in return will take a bit of abuse, colour not important though I hear yellow ones are not liked so are cheaper, especially with barry boy DRL's. Know anyone who's got one???

Can't think of anyone at the moment but if one pops up I'll be sure to let you know! ;)

Mine have been disconnected for a while but next time we come & check out the SDR I'll connect them back up & leave Beryl by your house........

Thanks mate, maybes we should make a firm date with Jamie & Justin etc?

Id hate having to share a car on a trip out to the ring, especially when time is limited.

Id do a syndicate car for UK trackdays though....

It can be as expensive as you let it be, or sensible head and keep costs down
