Long time, no see!

I start by sum everything up with a picture :

Yes, it's back as black and green!

Have been some stressful months with alot of work, but I've been focusing on getting the soundsystem properly done!

First is this little box :

large_241122-3355492.jpg

A B2 HN18 found it's home in my trunk (tho it's installed the "normal" way, not this way).
Some other stuff that found it's way down in the trunk :

Yes, a real, proper Orion HCCA 1000.2.
I've never been so surprised by an amplifier like this one...
Ridiculosly powerful for what it stands on the box :D!

With great sounds comes great insulation :

Also : updated the looks to the new badge front and back... afraid that I only have a picture of the rear one :

The speakers have found a new home!

The rear-pads where worn, so had to replace them...

Ended up with replacing the whole package with octavia-calipers, carriers, discs and yellowstuff-pads!
The brakes are SO much better, even without heating them up :)!

Hello people, long time since I wrote.

I've had abit of a rough patch, lost my job and had to pause my own business.

Sold everything soundwise and buildwise ( including my SRX350:'( )and almost sold the car...

But managed to keep it!

Also managed to get me a new job, so hopefully I will be back spamming pictures and such :).

Well, long time since I had an update.
The car hasn't been completely well for some time and we have finally found the issue.
The car wasn't as smooth with changing gears as it used to be and the nearest authorized garage couldn't find the issue to why.
They thought that my dampers and springs was the issue since they weren't stock...
Took it to another garage where it literally took them 20 minutes to find a TPI that fit my faultdescription with broken clutches.
Said and done, they removed the gearbox and the clutch was just in an awful state.
The flywheel was blued due to overheating.
The clutches where in such a bad nick, you could press it together by hand.

They also removed the Mechatronic and found pieces by gear 1 or reverse.
The shaft that controls gear 1 and reverse is bent.

All thanks to it dragging out on time.
So a new gearbox has been on backorder since mid-May, hopefully I will have my car back this week tho.

But as it looks, will probably not have many new upgrades this year thanks to the gearbox :(.

Hope all works out in the end - the mechatronic has been known to be a troublesome piece of tech.

Wasn't the mechatronics fault. Was the clutches fault.

Where to begin...

Have rebuilt a stockturbo with bigger cold-side and thrown a custom software in it.
Should deliver around 240-250 bhp and 350 nm in engine!
Have also gotten 2 more lightweight-wheels, so it is starting to move about now!

post-72475-0-18912400-1467393692_thumb.jpg

Unfortunatly, someone didn't like the extra power in the car and got jealous.
So jealous in fact that...

Well, I let the picture speak for itself.

Yeah, I was abit "annoyed".

It has been fixed now atleast :).

Are those alleggeritas?

Alleggeritas up front, superleggera in the rear :)!

What a to$$er!! I hope you find out who did it and payback with some karma.

Let's just say that he will not be doing that anymore.

I found out who it was and had a talk with him.

On a more positive note : have had some vacation so went to portugal.

Therefore there has been a lack of replies.

However, I have been able to work abit with the cars soundsystem and...

Well, it went bananas again :P!

Next step : sand the box and paint it green.

Apply some stickers, paint it black and remove the stickers.

Voila, green-painted company-names on the black subwooferbox...

But that is for some other time.

Gotta clear up some cables aswell ;).
