Matteblack with white roof, surprised ;)?

I like it!

Plasticoat or full respray? Did you paint the exhausts too?!

Foliatec Sprayfilm (like plastidip).

I decided to test it on the exhaustpipes, it hasn't let go yet and I haven't been nice to it last night :P!

looks awesome!!!

I think it looks great! Nicely done. Be interested to know how tough the finish is and how long it lasts. Was this applied with a spraycan or with a compressor?

That looks a million times better than it was before.

This was applied (believe it or not) with spraycans! But we got it in good enough shape to put it on display, took the second spot in the class!

I think it looks meaner, but more will be done to make it look really evil ;)!

Hey, which type did you get?

Are they the ones made for Audi's as I read that the VW Golf ones are contoured and don't fit correctly on the back of the paddles.

Yes, exactly those!

Ah cool, good to know the Audi ones are the same.

The baby, company and wife takes up alot off the time atm so I think I will wait with the updating off the car for some time!
A shame, since I got almost all parts (except for fueling) to get it going good!

Did you keep the paddle extenders on?

I am tempted to get some but I'm worried they might feel a bit flimsy.  I'm also not sure that they need extending up so much as sideways to reduce the amount my fingers reach in the current position.  Problem being the ones that do this from TID styling are some kind of silly money, over 200 euros :whew:

Love to hear your thoughts if this was a worthwhile mod.

Great thread and best of luck getting into a new job quickly.

The tallest point on them is abit flimsy, but otherwise they feel good.
I'd check my pm's if I where you ;).

I'm thinking of going for a black roof aswell, the white is not good as a spray!
It's patchy in the paint, some parts shiny and some parts matte.

Thinking of goind matteblack there aswell, anyone got any other ideas?

Chrome roof and wheels?

I reckon that might look great with matt black...

Matt black would be the safest option. Then again, something outrageous and bright like orange or yellow or red as a contrast might work - a bit Citroen DS3 style, perhaps.
