Why? Its a cleverly packaged 6 seater. Ugly, yes but pointless? Unless someone can prove that 7 seats is statistically better than 6?

I'd have to add the Roomster and Fabia Scouts to the list and 2WD SUVs are borderline for inclusion.

And not quite sure why Mercedes ever thought there was a need for the MLK, ML, GLK, GL and the ubiquitous G-Wagon all at the same time

Does Volvo really need a V60 between the 50 and the 70? With the popularity of SUVs and MPVs estate sales must be lower than ever.

Citroen are a little OTT too. Normal versions of cars, picasso versions, DS version the previously mentioned pluriel. Did they ever stop those leaking like a sieve?

As to the G-wagen: I'd have one TOMORROW! I love their anti-style squareness. And the sound the AMG V8 versions make.

What I meant was the need for all 5 models as any individual model serves a purpose especially the big G.
