  • Well if you had bothered to read....and understand the previuos posts by me and others....and look into it........you would realise that they HAVE a racing heritage....!!!! SO STOP TROLLING!!!!!!!!!!

  • So lets get this right, you've linked to a 12 year old Nissan that cost 55k and is now selling for £21k. A loss of 34k in 12 years. And your comparing that to an Audi RS6 Avant which is nearly 4 yea

Even if I had that kind of money I wouldn't buy it.

I'd have one

They are very nice indeed but for 45k I'd rather a Nissan GTR :p

Agreed. They do look like a lot of fun, but it's a bit expensive for what it is.

20-24 month old GT-R money .

would rather spend the 25-30k on a CSL and have the 15k left to enjoy going to track days etc.

Audi's are dull as hell.

1300kg !

How can they make such a small car so heavy !? :o

That weighs the same as a mk.1 Octavia 4x4, which can be stage 2 tuned (complete with uprated Haldex and LSDs) for ALOT less than £45K.

Pitiful attempt Audi

Id rather buy a small house/flat and rent it.

Looks good, not worth the money.

I would buy a noble m12 and still have 25k left for a daily.

Stupid money for what is basically a Polo. I don't care if it would beat a Fabia vRS everywhere, etc as for 45k I'd expect it to be beating Evo's and Scoobies. Will it?

Give it a few years when the price is to a normal level and id have one ;)

no thanks

rather have an R2 if it had to be a BadSnobdy/Condi , I mean, Audi.

Buy the grandfather RS and still have money left over plus it doesnt look like its trying too hard and someone dropped a pram handle onto its boot.

"Only a couple of dozen full-blooded A1 Quattros are coming to the UK" - I wonder if this has been built so Audi can race them in rallies - does that rule about having to be a real road car still exist?

i would rather have a BMW 1 series M coupe its better in everyway than that A1 ;)

Don't forget it is LHD only as well!

Let me think.......A1 quattro or TTRS S-tronic?

I'd rather have the A1. (if it was RHD)

The TT-RS S-tronic is a good car. But it's not exciting to drive, it's more of a looker. Actually it's quite uninvolving to drive.

I ordered one, had a long test drive, cancelled and bought something else late last year.

Just think of the car you could buy for 45k...an A1 Quattro would not be top of my list.

Residuals will be panned when the S1 comes out

A VERY collectable legendary Audi or a Datsun with hardly any warranty ? emoticon-0136-giggle.gif

Exactly, got to be the Datsun.

At least it's RHD. ;)

GTR for me every time. Have a look on YouTube for Chris Harris comparing the 2012 GTR with F10 M5. When I can afford one in a few years (house comes first) I'll get one. M5 is tempting for a day to day driver though. After seeing the review I'd have to have a serious think
