i bought one a couple years ago...not used it on a VAG car but on the missis 206 and friends cars and as payed for its self 20x over...

Very simple to use and comes with a book with all fault codes listed

Bought one of these a couple of years ago after my EML came on, it read and erased the fault code, job done
