Its an expensive hobby, but there's not many hobbies out there that are as much fun.

Bedford is a great track for a beginner as well. masses of run off so you can swallow brave pills all day long with no worries of damaging your car.

I dread to think how much ive spent over the years doing trackdays, but its worth every penny.

Hey guys, Mark from Club MSV...it's great to see all of the interest so far.

Are you looking to have an exclusive How Fast session or are you happy for other cars to take part? We already have two cars booked in for the 10am session but the 8am session is empty.

I would probably pull out if it was the 8am one.

8am would mean a really early start to get down

I'd prefer 10, and wouldn't mind others making up the numbers, as long as they're as sensible as us

As much as I enjoyed last time, it cost me a lot in fuel and it also knackered a tyre. Without equipping myself with another set of track alloys which I don't have, it just doesn't make sense to give the car so much abuse when it's my daily drive. Perhaps next year once I've got a set I can get a bit more proactive on the track days but for now I think I'll sit this one out.

Last time was really good fun! Just hope it doesn't rain as my new tyres are not great in the wet..... Or so the reviews say.
