Tis true i think. Speaking with a dealer recently he was saying that yellow ones do tend to hang around the forecourt longer. I suppose it's one of them colours you either love or hate.

Also the same with Beige I've found on Fabia's.

This looks like a very cheap car. I had a quick look on the autotrader site and the cheapest vrs's I found were

Saw that one on ebay when the auction was running, I was going to post here but forgot all about it.

I actually like the yellow and would have bought my octy in yellow had the wait not been 2 months, when I could have red the following weekend.

Mileage, I wouldnt be concerned, the 1.9 engine should be good for 200K or more. My octy did 34K miles in 18 months when used as a daily driver, now its a weekend car its done and additional 12k in the last 2 years.

But you must appreciate that trade in's are always lower than resale or private sales.

A dealer would like to make around 2k on that sort of price.

I know all about pi$$ poor trade in offers!! A dealer offered me 8k for my 52plate WRX - and kept a straight face.
