Seen somewhere about a polo cup holder in the front as the only holder is behind the handbrake, and somewhere to put phone would be great...

There are 2 holders in the glove box.

However, you can buy on ebay a twin cup holder to replace the ashtray in front the gearstick. Its 8.99 I believe.

google horton skoda, go on to there fabia accessories theres a wee cup holder in there that replaces the ashtray

finding the polo ones are hard and expensive, the one i got from horton was 6 quid i think

I've got the one which sits vertical to the left of the tray/HU.

To be honest, I think a phone would slip out of it as it only really has a central bar to support the cup when opened out.

Got it included in a job lot of parts - cup holder, colour coded grille, polo rear wiper, parcel shelf with cargo net attached and boot liner - got the lot for £50 off a Skoda mechanic who was trading his Fabia in - right place, right time (which very rarely happens to me!).

Loads of cup holders........

Skoda parts.....one is the fancy slide out and swivel from the slot on the left side of the stereo.......

or replacement centre console top trim piece which does away with the ashtray infront of the gearstick

or the rear replacement for the plain ashtray which adds a flip cover cup holder.

From VW the two cup holder which fits the DIN slot under or over the stereo

This always bugs me having to stretch round to put it behind the handbrake. I've always been put off by the high prices of them.

Brill conversion.........got it and it means that I can use the space infront of the gearstick as the front ashtray doesn't get used, as this item replaces the front ashtray

What do you search for in ebay for these? i WANT!

That's the correct part number for the front one but it's cheaper from Skoda, the rear one is 6Y085796247H

Does the gear stick one hold sports bottles etc?

It's not the best for tall items either fall over when cornering or jam on air on button

Simples - hand cup to SWIMBO- get her to give it to you as needed. Cost ,very little. Unless ,you've got to buy a ring first.

In my case got the car later, so I can't afford the cup holder(s) .

I've got the twin single din one off a polo in my octy and I can safely say its one of the best ones. Holds everything from cans to bottles. Got mine from genuine VW spares on club lupo for 30ish quid posted brand new. You can also get a single one with a cubby drawer replacing a holder

I bought the ashtray-replacing one, but I didn't research it well enough first. Tall cups just don't fit there at all, and that's what the missus wanted to put there (it's her car).

I'm gonna pop over my local breakers and hunt through VW polos...

Ordered an ashtray one, but I like cup holders... The one beside the stereo looks great but not sure if I can justify the cost...
