Can't say I've ever heard of them. That said, that doesn't mean they're crap.

If the map is nice and smooth with no torque spikes and it doesn't smoke much, then it'll be fine.

As the website does not contain the name of who they really are (no Evolution Chips registered at Companies House, so it's probably a trading name) or a Company Registration Number it's impossible to say.
