Christ mate. I bet your a riot at party's. I'm closer to 40 than 30 and don't appreciate being referred to as a kid, simply because I'm looking forward to getting my Blackline. In my opinion, kids d

Im really quite confused about the bluetooth business... I was told by the dealer that they will fit me a unit that will work exactly as a factory fit one should, through the dash display and headunit.... are the spinning me a line?!

I'm picking up on Sunday :D

Update: phoned them and asked about it in more detail and its just been fitted and he guarantees it will work exactly how factory fitted one does. Winner.

Hmm be interesting to know what they actually "fitted"

Apparently they've got someone in to do it, its something to do with VW. I'm not really fussed as long as it works!

I'll try again for a photo....

Proper nice that. My blue DSG hatch is in sheerness and has been for a week. Taking an age. Although looking at that photo it is going to be worth the wait!!!

Totally love that mate, if only I was in a position to change cars I'd have one exactly like that on my drive now.

Love the extra black bits!

Do you want to sell it in 12 months? Lol

I love the grille. Not so sure on the mirrors but fair play to you mate cause it'll stand out!

Pick mine up at 0900 tomorrow, don't know why but really not fussed about the Bluetooth thing, I'm sure in time it will be sorted via dealer. Its not going to put a downer on me collecting the car, just going to enjoy the experience of getting my new blackline.

Ooops. Just about make a James hunt of it there.

Parked in the sub level car park at work And had to get stuff out the boot. Tail gate nearly smacked the concrete roof supports :-( need to watch that in future. Apart from that cars great!!

That looks really good - and I'm not a fan of white cars either. Must admit if it was mine I'd be tempted to get the roof wrapped in black to match as well.

Looks way better then the chrome I reckon. I'm gonna see if I can get the same done to mine. Only difference is mine will be all black. :bandit:

Hmmmmm, not too sure on the black. I like the black body and love the black wheels, just not sure on them together.

I think it looks very good personally - better than I expected, I think the estate body really goes well too with that combination. Mines a blue blackline and I still can't believe such a nice looking car is outside my house.

I gave mine its first clean today. It has a good shine when it's clean. The pictures never do it justice though.

That looks nice mate, get the windows tinted and the grill blacked.

That's what I'd have done if there was any left to buy.....

Definitely on the cards. Does anyone know roughly how much I should expect to pay to get the grill done?

Thanks by the way, I love it.

The black looks great - I guess it's going to take a lot of work to keep it looking so nice though.

My brother picked up his Blackline from MSB Skoda today - it looks great in Race Blue! Nice little quartet with my Octavia VRS, my wife's Citigo and my dad's Octavia SE+! I do still like my anthracite with the black Neptunes though!

My brother loves it - he has come out of a 122bhp petrol Toyota Verso (a truly dull car!). I spoke to him as he drives back to Suffolk from the north east and he proclaimed that it is the best car he has ever owned. I'm relieved as I recommended it!

Where in Suffolk. we could meet, when I get mine!

sly200xs, what method was used to get the grille surround black by your dealer? Is it just plain removed from the grille and sprayed? I'm gonna get mine done this week as my dealer has a body/spray shop they use but my knowledge of any type of modding is basically zero.

I've read about plasti-dipping and wrapping andI'm not sure which out the three methods is best.

Cheers
