Gee Coast Customs. :)

Said it before

It will be

G's house of funk :D

Anthracite is a better choice than black!

Black is harder to keep clean than the cream believe it or not! Black shows everything!

Anthracite hides most things!!

And you now need different door cards to complete!

Fabric spray?

Fabric spray?

Full retrim in Nappa leather is in the pipeline. Black with perforated silver inserts and door cards to suit. So OEM +++++

Leather will look ace Pete! If you like a little bit of history it's worth visiting the Jorvik Viking centre in York while you waiting :-)

Pete is history :D

Sorry mate, just kidding ;)

You know im ur friend lol

who wants to see what i have done to his bumper... :@:wall:

Go for it gee

muhahaha!

having done this a few times and Pete being my mate AANNNND.. knowing how anal he is about his car i have been very gental with his bumper.

Starts off.. cutting away the number plate mounting plastic.

IMAG4359.jpg

first cut... no going back now..

IMAG4360.jpg

OOOSH!

IMAG4361.jpg

IMAG4362.jpg

so the basic hole there.. now the fun begins..

trimming off all the tabs and shaping the bumper to allow the mesh to sit correctly.

IMAG4363.jpg

i found the easiest and safest way is to score the top of the tab, then push down towards the floor and it will snap off.

IMAG4364.jpg

tabs gone..

IMAG4369.jpg

you can see that the shape of the hole is not correct so heres the scary bit. if you get this wrong. its game over.

cuut nice and curved

IMAG4372.jpg

this is how it looks normal

IMAG4371.jpg

then the inside tops need to be made flush also..

DSCF4032-1.jpg

cutting the mesh to size.. you can use a card template but im a badman! lol

DSCF4029-1.jpg

a little mass..

IMAG4380.jpg

from the back

IMAG4377.jpg

IMAG4376.jpg

IMAG4375.jpg

IMAG4374.jpg

now sits all nice and flush

IMAG4373.jpg

IMAG4378.jpg

will bond it in just before bedy byes. im now going to cut his LCR splitter up and fit it!

Very nice buddy
