having done this a few times and Pete being my mate AANNNND.. knowing how anal he is about his car i have been very gental with his bumper.

Starts off.. cutting away the number plate mounting plastic.

first cut... no going back now..

OOOSH!

so the basic hole there.. now the fun begins..

trimming off all the tabs and shaping the bumper to allow the mesh to sit correctly.

i found the easiest and safest way is to score the top of the tab, then push down towards the floor and it will snap off.

tabs gone..

you can see that the shape of the hole is not correct so heres the scary bit. if you get this wrong. its game over.

then the inside tops need to be made flush also..

will bond it in just before bedy byes. im now going to cut his LCR splitter up and fit it!

Yeah the whole bumper needs refinishing due to being peppered with stones.
