1.9 TDI with DPF

Featured Replies

There's a bit of talk about which Roomster engines have a DPF, and I read that at least in the UK the 1.9 TDI didn't have one. I'm in the Netherlands and was looking at an early 2008 model on the weekend, and the sticker that was in under the boot floor definitely suggests that it has a DPF.

This probably does nothing to clear up the mystery, but it may be worth mentioning that if you're in Europe and hell-bent on making sure that you don't get a diesel with a DPF, take a good look around the spare wheel :)

That code "7GG" specifies DPF.... a non-DPF like mine will have a "0GG" code.

Interesting though as it's the first DPF version I've actually seen.
