Alloy Top Boost Pipe Interest Thread

Featured Replies

Right then,

I should have my ally top boost pipe one day this week.

Been firing off emails this evening to various exhaust/intercooler places in my area trying to get some pricing on reproducing them.

I want to get a rough guide on how many would be interested, I don't want to get a price on say 30 pipes and end up with only 6 sold!!

Having them drilled/tapped and fitted with a nipple for boost gauge would be an optional extra as I can do it in work with modified grease nipples :)

Let me know guys, if there's not much interest ill leave it!

Josh

  • Yeah, you'll need a couple of silocone bends and a vw bayonet adapter to mate to standard pipe connections

  • may be interested in this with a boost gauge adapter depending on price of course

Interested in a couple, if price is right

Of course, just need a rough number as hopefully the more we get the more discount I can try to wangle :)

I'd be interested in one of these as I wanted a dovit pipe awhile back and he had stopped making them ????

Pics ;)... is it just for SEAT sport style twin pass coolers or can it be used for custom single pass?

Show me a pic n i will work it out.. :)

Can be used with an smic too, it's a Dovit pipe I've got hold of so will be very similar.

I'm 100% interested aswell, will decide once price is up but will it need modifications to the oem pipework?

Well I should have the pipe by the end of the week, so as soon as I have it I can give sizes/dimensions to a few people to get pricing.

Looks like as long as the price is right there's more than enough interest :)

I'm in.

Price dependant. Will it fit a standard intercooler?

Cheers,
