To be honest, i've never seen a hire car company with Skoda's. They normally seem to have Vauxhall, Ford, Seat, VW, Toyota or Kia from my experience.

Hmm well the local Enterprise have both a Rapid and Octavia

When I was at Europcar and had to explain that we were at a Skoda garage, the customers usual reply was 'I don't want a Skoda'.  I always interpreted this as they don't want a Skoda, VW, Seat or Audi.

 

Europcar had Skodas and probably still do, I remember one of the drivers getting quite a large airbag burn on his wrist after he drove a Fabia into the back of a Vectra.

The Enterprise I had to use only had Vauxhalls or Chevrowoos. I called Sixt and they told me they had MkIII Octavias but only inside the M25.

Well, the first Skoda I ever drove was an Octy, off a hirer at Thiefrow. There was it, a Mazda 6, and several acres of V*ctr@$!
