Guess its been like this from new as its only done 2k miles.

This should be covered under warrenty right? Might wait till the first service and ask them to fix it then to save me a trip to lincoln.

Its a bit shoddy though that they would release a car with errors already on the ecu. Haven't noticed any problems with the Aircon but its reoccured 20 times acording to the log so must be faulty actuator.

I wouldn't worry about, probably stuck flaps.

If you press and hold the 3rd button and the AC button, that will do the basic settings on the panel

my car has had that fault, so did the dealer vRS demo car

I found similar faults on a new vrs recently. The chap then took it to the dealer who scanned it and cleared the codes which didn't return. They said it was probably some debris, eg a leaf or something working its way through. Each time a flap doesn't close fully it records an error. It is probably nothing to worry about.

It’s a very common ‘fault' across the VAG range, providing everything actually works then just ignore it.
