I will be taking delivery of a new L&K Yeti in a couple of months, as a replacement for my current Snow Monster. I would like to re-badge the new car with the new Skoda badges as found on the Citigo and Rapid. I can buy wheel centre caps and a rear badge cover from Superskoda, but I need to know if a Rapid front or rear badge is the same diameter as the front badge of the Yeti.

Could some kind Rapid owner please measure the diameter of the front and rear badges and post the measurements for me, please?

Front and Rear are both 90mm.

Yeti front should be the same but the rear badge on the Yeti is larger.

That's great, thanks. It appears that the badges on my wife's Citigo are also 90mm (front and back) - does this suggest that all badges across new/faceliftedranges will be a standard size?

I should therefore be able to fit any Citigo or Rapid badge to the front of my new Yeti.

It does appear that way, I suppose from a financial P.O.V it is easier and quicker to make 10k 90mm badges than 3k of this 4k of that etc.

As an alternative, and getting around the rear badge 'issue', PastyBoy might be able to knock you something up.

Don't buy anything just yet, new fabias are coming through with the new style badges now too, I wouldn't be surprised if yeti wasn't far behind. I.e. it might already have them if you're getting a new new yeti
