As per the thread title what's the coolant capacity of a 1.3 MPI Felicia please. My Haynes manual hasn't arrived yet!

But my 'stat and half housing, and sender from Skoparts have! :{)>

Hi Nick,

You'll be looking at around 6 litres.

Yeah, be prepared with around 5.5 l of 40/60 glycol/water solution (6 l spilling included)

Take temp. sender out, pour cooling sol. in till it spills over from temp. sender hole, squeeze a little rad hoses to get air out, put temp. sender back in then fill expansion tank till half way between Min and Max. You will have coolant to Max position only in hot summer days.

Thanks guys, spent the afternoon in the freezing cold draining, flushing and then after replacing the sender and 'sta/half housing refilling the coolant. Sits nicely half way up the temp gauge and the heater is toasty!
