and here is how i plumbed it in.

 

Off the turbo 90 degree piple onto a coupler

 

 

Staight alloy pipe to a 45 degree bend

 

 

Then to a 90 degree alloy into a 90 silicone to a 90 alloy into the intercooler

 

 

Cold side:

 

intercooler bend into a 90 degree alloy into a 90 degree silicone in the 110mm MAP sensor pipe.

 

 

think you need a bigger intercooler.

have you test fitted bumper yet? looks like its sitting bit to low

Sorted a few things today on it like a leaky main water pipe O ring, fitted the N112, N249, SAI resistors and moved my cooler an inch back.

 

Filled it with oil to try prime the turbo.... but the battery was dead.

 

 

 

Next up is get some spark plugs and attach the intake, fit my new decat then try to start it! 

 

Just awaiting Ninja to post me my throttle body pipe.

Got it to fit.

 

It was me being really tired and a stupid ****er.

 

Anyway got everything going well, left it running for about 40mins but no fan kicks in so ill need to diagnose that. 

 

Bottom hose is red hot and it stays around 90 c but no fans kick in. 

 

Never seen so many dash lights in my life, but they are all due to simple things and the fact it hasn't been ran for about 4months +, ill get a laptop out and see how shes doing 

Well i had it all plugged in.

Everything checks out apart from the sensors i have had to unplug + the SAI system & Decat.

 

Winner winner chicken dinner.

 

Time to get it on all fours and start leaving 11's
