Well, reluctantly decided to trade in my 3 yr old Yeti for a new 2.0TDi Elegance Octy so only few months left on the Yeti forum before transferring over to the dark side. I was offered a very good financial package overall which will save me a lot of money, new warranty, less tax, free servicing etc, so made sense to change.

However, will be looking to few yrs ahead when a new Yeti emerges, and will see about moving back into the fold again.

Would have traded it in for a newer one but with only a facelift imminent I didn't see the point in swapping it for another new one of the same, so have gone this way and when the new styled Yeti is released in a few years time, I will look at that then !

Well mines 3 in October, so will be replacing it just before warranty runs out ! Love my Yeti but concerns over warranty, services, tax etc....made sense to change really but eyes are firmly on the next generation Yeti and see what they have learned from some of the technology on the Octy.
