What's your next car?

Featured Replies

Don't know If this has been started before but, what would you like as your next car? I've moved closer to work and no longer require the vRS so next year I've got my mind set on an Evo Vlll MR FQ340 ... What do you want next?

  • That's why I want a Porker, I'm not feeling enough hate as an Audi owner. And as a verified sith lord I feed on hate, it makes me stronger.  Mwhahahahaaah!

  • My next car will be a Mk3 Octy VRS.......seeing as I ordered one this afternoon

  • Not sure what's next, have a few options with work, new car every 6mths for around £230 a month, nice spec A3 sport back Sline, new A3 saloon, up the budget a little Black Edition A5 Coupe. But then

911 Carrera 4S

Something with adaptive cruise control because I am tired of knocking regular cruise control on and off and tweaking it up and down to try and keep pace with other traffic.

Hopefully that will be the next shape Yeti now the Octy3 has it.

Otherwise maybe An Octy3 4x4/Scout.

Or if all else fails I can see me losing my street cred and buying an Audi.  A4 or A6 3.0 diesel quattro Allroad probably.  I can get £10k off through drive the deal.

Will be having a good look at the new BMW i3 with range extender twin cylinder engine.

Otherwise Yeti number 3.

Been keeping an eye on that myself.

Got a new LEAF coming in September because I got a big discount, but the i3 looks very interesting...

Actually I've got a deposit down on a Tesla Model S, so if that's as good as everyone says I'll not be buying an Audi.  Phew! :D

Most keen drivers I know work towards the Turbo or GT3 RS, two of them are plumbers with no kids... ;)

I know it's "next car" but is that your plan?

But then a nice little Citigo would be nice, saying that we have a very Nice RS6 in storage at work, waiting to go on as a Demo!

Honestly probably a late W211 E-Class Estate diesel.

Not that exciting but they seem better value than the equaivalent 5 series or A6

i saw a tesla roadster in Sheffield last weekend, he must have saw me looking at him because he absolutely left me at the lights :(

Just been browsing Octavia MK2's (prefacelift) to replace the Mrs fiesta. Thinking we could use something a little bigger and more comfortable. vRS of course. :D

The Model S seats five, has a range of about 240 miles and does 0-60mph in between 4.2 and 5.6 seconds depending on which motor you get.

Plus I can recharge for free.

Problem is, it's designed for America.

A bit wide and no parking sensors, plus missing several nice options.

Being an EV it can make sense as a company car though.

8 year battery warranty shows commitment, if Tesla survives long term.

I'll probably have a mkIII vRS, maybe even a petrol one but that won't be for a while..... Honest

Can't say for sure as I've not long had my Monte, but it'll definitely be a car with a whole heap of Deutsche Technik in it's genes!

E46 M3 are coming down in price nicely.

Or perhaps an S4.

Mmm

Would have to be an E39 M5 for me and a motor bike to go to n from work.

No bridge toll then lol.

Should be sorting a house out closer to work so a bike will be better than a derv fabia vRS ne way.

Gotta have something to replace my beloved mk1 octavia vRS.

I want a 911

I want a 911

If we are talking of what we want, then I want an original '73 911 RS....in blue. Fat chance I could ever afford one though!

When we do replace the Octy, I suspect its replacement will be one of:

2.0 TFSI DSG (with paddles) FL Octy vRS with every option ticked and all the mods I'm doing to my pre-FL swapped over

B7 S4 Avant

B8 2.0/3.0 A4 S-Line Quattro Avant

Maybe a 330 Touring

Civic 1.6 EX DTEC - on order

Still no idea here. I can't find anything to tempt me enough. Having fun looking though

All depends on money really. I can't afford a new car at the moment, but I would like: -

New vRS

Toyota GT86

I'd like a Superb

Yes all different cars that have different applications

At the moment I am concentrating on my studies in order to get a better paid job/better job security. At the moment between my wife and I we have two cars, one is 2 years old with 28K on the clock, the other is my 7 year old Octy with 56K on it's clock - so between the two of them we don't *need* a new car for a good while.

So, studies and better job first.

Citigo vRS if it ever gets made.

Looking at Audi S5 convertible or merc clk 55 convertible.

Toyota supra....asuming i manage to get a few years out the gt4 to get the insurance down

Or maybe a nice skyline if im feeling a bit more sensible :)

I'm selling the 740i but I don't know what to get next. I really miss my Superb so I could get another. I really want the 1.8t but also want the elegance spec...which was never made in 1.8t guise. Or I could sell both my 740i and my Cee'd and buy a 2004 Audi A8...
