My 2004 Fabia door lock has an intermittent fault where it will not unlock unless the key is used sometimes it works of fob though and I am wondering what is the correct procedure for removal and refitting of a new central locking motor. I have removed the old motor but cannot fitthe new one as the end of the lock barrel (A little paddle kind of thing) is obstructing me from fitting it. If someone could please steer me in the right direction!

Many Thanks
