Featured Replies

........... Oh boy are they BIG!!!!

:orb_scare

Not to mention heavy. The quality is outstanding, delivery mileage as promised, all thanks to Steve (GolfTurbo).

If you are thinking of a 312 conversion kit you can't go wrong with the kit from Steve.

As you can see the disks still have the original machining marks and the pads have barely any wear. Ready to go straight on the car.

This is reasuring, as I've got some on order from golfturbo too! ;)

Pictures changed - you may have to refresh your browser to see the new ones. All should have a date stamp.

They're brand new for virtually second hand price!!

Excellent, look good indeed.

Nice to see my pioneering mods still being carried out ;)

(Yes Col they were pioneered on your car)

Lummox - A nice coat of good old Hammerite and they'll look the nuts I think.

And dont forget to paint your wall at the same time :)

Look better in green. I don't know where golfturbo gets them from in the first place, but mine have identical wear & tear to the above.

Mine are also a nicer shade of green now. ;)

I think Stu said golfturbo gets them from a German dealership whose customers specify Brembo brakes on their TT from delivery. Hence the discs & pads having only delivery milage on them.

I always liked the Germans!! :D

Subtle Col, subtle.

Oh and the pioneering mod was only carried out on your car first due to the fact I had better brakes anyway ;)

I tried two big B&Q stores neither had it went to Brewers decorating shop and got it no problem. Reading the instructions on the tin it mentions using their primer on Ally also wana get some thinners for degreasing.

Oh, lets not forget that mine are also authentic real vRS green calipers... non of this pikey hammerite job
