As the title says who has has their build week come forward (so the car gets built sooner) and what has your order been inc body type / colour / options

Dealers says mind has moved back 2 weeks but I'm sure someone on here has almost identical order to me but they have gone forward 2 weeks.

Mine was put back a week, was supposed to be built last week, now being built this week although do have my Reg number !

Mine was ordered on 1 August and originally scheduled for week 42 but has now been moved forward to week 41. It's an Elegance TDI DSG Hatch with lots of options.

I ordered an Elegance 1.4TSi with DSG & apart from dealer fit options just spare wheel, steel grey metallic & cornering fogs. Started with build week 36 which moved forward to week 33. Hoping to get car in about 1 week.

I ordered a red diesel estate as soon as order books opened. only wanted spare wheel, cruise and black pack. initially week 39 now 37.vrs

Race blue vrs with canton, mitsumi, spare wheel, amundsen, bluetooth +, cruise control (normal not advanced), park assist, gemini anthracite wheels. Ordered 20th July. Build week was 37 and now moved back to 39 :( :( :( :(

I thought cornering fogs didnt actually exist and were a brochure misprint?

Brochure misprint on the vRS. They're available on the Elegance.

For in I ordered July 23rd and build week is now, wk 36. As far as I'm aware it hasn't slipped as the dealer hasn't phoned me. I expect ladyv that they've run out of one of your options

I was originally given a build week of week 41, then it went to week 37, and now it's moved back to week 39 so it's moving around quite a lot at the moment. I'm just hoping it will be built soon as the waits killing me!

I hope they didn't add the £80 onto your order.

The wait is killing me too. Anyone rate my chances of getting any freebees for it being pushed back?? lol highly inconvenient dont you know

Initial build date was estimated week 32, currently moved back 12 weeks, week 44 build date.

Could shift again, hopefully a bit forward.

Ordered on 7/7/13. Original build week given was 37, then moved to 36 and then to 35 and received confirmation it was built last week.

Ordered estate elegance 2.0 TDI. The only option ordered was chrome roof rails.

Ordered week 21, either built last week or being built next week. Nobody seems to know

Ordered 12 June, originally had estimated delivery of 2 September, moved back to build week 35 then back one more about 2 weeks ago to 36. Meant to bring built right now so fingers crossed for a delivery in 3ish. Dealer has given me a Rapid as a loaner until the new one arrives. Nice little car but makes me want my Octy all the more!!!!
