Hi ladies and gents,

 

I'm in the unfortunate position where saving for a house deposit and a wedding mean that I can't justify the payments on my lovely 2007 Fabia vRS SE. My fiancée and I are chopping in our own cars and getting a new Citigo on a special deal I had access to through Skoda, which will save us a real packet.

 

Anyhoo, the car is a standard, unmodified Fabia vRS SE, so you get the leather seats (numbered 733) in excellent condition, cruise control and all the usual goodies. Within the last few months I've had the timing belt changed along with an intermediate service and MoT, passed with no advisories. Other changes I've made in my 15 months of ownership so far include a pair of high-end Halfords headlight bulbs (I can't remember the name but they're the +100% light ones).

 

The car drives beautifully and should do - it only has 34,000 miles on the clock. It starts first time every time and pulls strongly in every gear. The interior is in exceptional condition, while the paintwork has a few flaws, with the various marks and chips that come with six years of use. Most have been touched up, and I'll be including a genuine Skoda Race Blue touch-up set with the car.

 

It's had a full Skoda service history including the change of the timing belt. Since its last service it's only done a handful of miles, and it's just not financially possible for me to keep it any more. That said I'm not planning to let go of it for a handful of beans and low-mileage examples of the vRS SE are becoming very few and far between. I paid top dollar for it from a Skoda main dealer for that reason and it deserves top dollar now. My price is £7,500, and of course viewings in Bristol are more than welcome.
