I'm thinking of replacing my gear knob with the Audi S-Line one. I know a few people have done this, and was wondering if the one linked below is the correct one?

looks like it to me but that one is far too exspensive!! I paid about £25 for mine, i'll try and find the link somwhere.

try ebay.de and search for "schaltknauf audi 6 a3 neu s-line". you can also buy one without the boot (which you don't need).

Your link looks like the right one, but you can save at least a tenner on that. I also bought from ebay.de    29.90€ plus 14€ p&p, £38.95 in total.

I was going to get one of these but for £70 for the genuine one, I think I'll save a few more pennies up and get a Black Forest Industries one...

yeah, the black forest one is lovely, but a its a bit too "aftermarket" for me. i prefer the OEM look. nice though. how much are those?

I think they come in at ~£100. Very pricey but a lovely bit of kit. Like the idea of a big heavy knob

I've recently fitted an Audi S-line knob myself.

When fitting the new knob I've noticed that the round plastic clip used to secure the gaitor is missing & the one from the original Skoda knob is a totally different shape..........anyone know of  a suitable alternative ?
