Hope all turns up soon, I don't believe the products will dissapoint.

 

Just out of interest, what did everyone order?

 

Be nice to see some reviews when you get around to it.

 

Unfortunately last weekend I only had chance to Snowfoam, Wash, Dry and Top with QD so nothing really to report.

 

This is my car sat under purple Magifoam snowfoam though:

I ordered 10 days ago. 1-3 days delivery according the the site. Still nothing...

 

It's still 'processing' according to the website, so I'm almost definitely not going to get this in time for Christmas.I even contacted them 4 days ago and got a 'we'll try to get it out to you today' reply.

 

Seeing as a lot of the order is a present for someone, I'm not impressed to say the least and this will be my first and last order with AD!

I have just received a full refund of my paypal payment but i only asked for a refund of the delivery. Guess this means i wont be getting my items then

Great! I ave now run out of magifoam aswell. If its a goodwell gesture and i still recieve my items then all is forgiven and i will continue to shop with autobrite but im not holding my breath.

I hate to rub salt into the wounds but my order arrived this morning. However, others' experiences have put me off future dealings.

They hadn't even despatched them 8 days after being ordered surely that's indefensible

If the paypal claim hadn`t of been filed then we would have shipped your order yesterday and you would of had it today.
If you believe that you get a better service from other traders then please feel free to use them in future.

Quite unprofessional and very 'attitude laden' Imo.

I'm on the 12th day of Christmas waiting now and won't be going back.

Simply put, they just hadn't got themselves ready to deal with an increased volume of orders when putting on a sale. Coupled with the time of year, when people are relying on expedient delivery, this was surely a disaster for AD long term.

These guys get even worse.

On Friday I get a notification of delivery from the courier for the 23rd.

Someone was in all day yest ready for this, but the courier didn't receive the parcel from AD until late afternoon (according to an update on their online checking service). A revised date of today appeared at about 11pm.

Just now, that has been revised again, to the 27th. So the Christmas presents in them will be late now, despite ordering two weeks ago!!!

Will definitely never use AD again!

There is an epic on DW about AB. Also some are miffed that the MD has being bragging about his new M3 on his FB page. No doubt purchased with the profits from the sale! It does seem that the company have gone into melt down and not handled it well. Shot and foot seem to come to mind.

Saw this on DW yesterday, epic is the only word to describe it.

 

Sadly they seem to have upset a lot of people.

 

On the one hand you will never see their kit as cheap as in the 12 days deal, plus sending out free gifts with orders, on the other hand it does look like the biggest possible fail in terms of communication with the customers and forums.

 

It does look like some customers haven't helped matters either by placing multiple orders over the 12 days then asking for consolidated shipping to save costs and benefit from the changing daily deals.

 

The facebook message has really upset a lot of people.

Of course.......but Dean maintains a big stock so you're not buying direct from AB

If you want Snow Foam as good as Magi-foam....if not better, get some Chemical Guys No Touch Snow Foam

I got my package at the weekend. Not bad for 1-3 days delivery ;)

 

I received a free gift of lemon scented interior spray. The package was so badly put together, it had been cracked and spilt everywhere inside my (now soggy) box.

 

The upside is that none of the things I actually wanted were damaged. They are now lemon smelling bottles too, which is a rather crap bonus!

On the bright side I gave my car a mini-detail this Saturday using some of my new AB products including Jaffa Clean and Cherry Glaze, took some pics so might post a little review.  Point being I was very happy with the products themselves.

 

I hope at the least you find the products to be good and get some kind of satisfaction from the whole mess.

 

Can I ask what you ordered?

I ordered Very cherry wheel cleaner and Magifoam. I hope it comes shortly don't think the weather will hold out much longer.
