Getting a Mk3 vRS

Featured Replies

I suppose it's hard to say what it will look like until someone tries it.

Nothing a bit of poor quality photoshopping can't take care of ;)

Looks good. First glance reminded me of a Q7

Yea, got through Skoda. I asked the Dealer for net set and he choose the red ones for me to match the interior stitching.

Aha! cheers, i thought they only came in black from Skoda, ill have to get these from the dealer once i got the car :)

I'm in Dublin. What colour are you going for?

I got a black with the black pack, and the leather too. Looking forward to it coming! Apparently the boat landed yesterday!

Leather is nice....I probably would not have order it....but car had it and it is nice.

Is a sleeper a good thing or a bad thing, I was very undecided but as my last vRS was white I thought it'd be a nice change. I only added the leather after I saw one with leather. Never had it before!

I want electric folding mirrors! :(

Looks awesome! Love the red nets in the boot

Very very very nice!

Perhaps it's me, and I'm not referring to yours in particular, but the first mod I'm going to apply to my estate (when arrived) is the removal of roof bars.

I don't plan to use them so often to justify the constant drag and added noise (Indeed I never needed them on my cars).

On your white one, I feel I would like the profile even more.

How are you going to hide the holes?

Gaff,

Did you buy this from Sheehy's in Naas by any chance?

Yea, did you see it?

I believe a Black hatch was sold yesterday....was it you?

Look what Eddie-NL has just done to his VRS........

Is this something that can be programmed?

I doubt it, knowing VW it's probably needs motorised mirrors, new door controllers and then programming!

I have motorised mirrors, currently then fold in when car locked & out when car started. This can be turned off and operated via switch inside. I do like the option of operating via key...so feature can be used when needed.

I drove it, i probably would have bought it only i wanted Canton upgrade. I have one on the way exactly like yours though with canton.

Are the red nets standard?

Are the red nets standard?

No...well not in Ireland. It was part of deal I done. I actually didnt realise there was a red option (fair play to saleman....he ordered red ones for me to match seat stitching).
