have you tried the other dials yet to see if the flickering goes away?

Not yet mate, no. Struggling to see how it could affect all the other interior switches etc but still going to try it

Might give it a go now ... Will report back in 20 mins!

Tried the other clocks, they didn't even light up at all, so the circuit obviously isn't getting any power, it's just the led's that light up because they use so little.

In other GREAT news, I have found the solution to the speedo problem!

So I'm driving into my road, coming home. Enter the road and all of a sudden the horn on my car just comes on! Stuck on!

Bizzare! There is no horn on the steering wheel because I don't have any of the wiring, so it's not that.

It was quite funny, most of the street at their curtains wondering what's happening.

I'll jjst disconnect the fuse for now!

Sadly sod all money in that as cat d scares the life out of people, I bought a crashed Leon through work and just about broke even on resale. It is fun at times, got to say the car is stunning

Going to adjust the injectors tomorrow, in the hope that they will be a lot more quiet!
