There are different models ya know... :) Like the one in the golf.

Way more aggressive and long legged than the beezer one.

anyone over here known to be running a GT30 or GT25?

what do they go like?

Bill

dunno about exactlwhere but there is a golf down south running gt25 showing 380 on the rollers...

Ahh.. recognise that car plate from magazine articles... LOL

The reason you might be slightly behind is this is a rather special golf is that..

Its got 2 (yes 2) 2.8 VR6 engines with Garrett T3 turbos on them - capable of 400bhp, each.

See http://www.dubsport.com/projects.asp for more details...

Paul..

2 VR6 engines? Where do they fit? And how much does it weigh?! :D

Rob.

Read the site for more details but basically one where it should be driving the front wheels and one where the rear seats / boot should be driving the rear wheels. With individual gearboxes etc etc. Produced by Dubsport - I remember that plate used to be on a Mk2 they had when they first started up.. They do lots of mad conversions..

Paul..

Suddenly the penny drops..

I remember the Twin VR6 Mk11 from various magazines...

There's no shame in being beaten by that beast lol

Wow! The one I saw was dark purple - a bit more tasteful than the blue one!

The light blue golf is now owned by Ian Seddon -- he lives up this neck of the wood's -- his dad has an S3 from us -- as far as I know it's still in the pale blue colour - so I think the car that Dave saw was an imposter !!! --- anyway with 2 turbo vr6 engines it would have been 150 yds in front
