What does everyone want to do.....seeing as my car isn't up to much at the moment and it was short notice....we can postpone to another day so we can sort it properly.

I could be up for this. I could leave work and jump on the M4 and make my way across. Couldn't do this week though.

Seems another time would be best and give you a chance to sort your DV (as it sounds like that). I heard they weren't too reliable.

My suggestion is The Leather Bottle on the A3349; easy to get to from the A33 (and M4 and M3 if you follow the road onto Hook)and there are some good driving roads round there.

Supposed to be good for food as well.

Yup food is good - have eaten there once or twice in the past. Oh no! - I will have to deviate over a mile from my normal route home !!!! :eek:
