Richard, did I say thanks for taking me round? I think I did once or twice :D

Two words; absofekkinlutely awesome. I was grinning like a Cheshire cat I think. Thoroughly enjoyed being a passenger but a bit disappointed you wouldn't let me drive in your second session :( :D

Thanks again, mate :)

First session was awesome. I took Robs fiancé Jess round. I was like we will only go slowly. Yeah right as if that was happening. Second session and Lloyd was riding shotgun. All was well until there was a loud bang ! WTF ? Slowed down. All ok it was one of the large seat springs under my Recaro that had popped off.

So excellent day really enjoyed it. Thanks Jason for organising it once again.

Thats gona be funny on cam ,

"Theres something under my foot"

"Yeah"

"No really theres something rolling around under my foot" ( hurts down the straight rumaging )

"What the **** is this"

Passes over

"What the **** is that"

Add that to 0 on the fuel range ha ha

Awesome day had

Although is anyone else pink

List of boo boo's

Tony destroyed his splitter by 9am

As a first timer on track day, I had the most joyable day. Came back in one piece :-)

Did anyone take any pics for track day?

Just following in your footsteps lloyd :-)

Sounds a good day had by all! I'll be there in the Spring :)

Nice to see phantom in the last vid :) and fabia 2 vRS , no problems ;) drove several hundred miles home after that too :)

A good day had, bar a slight heart stopping moment as a red Fabia attempted an overtake on Lloyd through the old paddock bend :D

Sorry I missed this but other commitments took president.

My son left home today to go to University, it would have been wrong not to be here to see him off.

Hope you all had a really good day and those on track brought them home in one piece!

Just. About :D I missed the 2nd session as my car blew a hole in a boost pipe. Good job the guys at forge could replace it FOC. Top service I must say :)

My only issues were etiquette biased, the Popemobile was on good form.

That roomster seemed rather nippy !! Was well impressed.

There were a couple out on track, throwing it out the exhaust in clouds of black soot (nearly had to put headlights on to see where I was going)

Guilty your honour :p

Got to keep up my reputation for rolling coal lol. Wouldnt be the same without it

Will post videos and pictures up tomorrow. A little gutted I couldnt get Harrys Lap timer to work due to lack of internet access, but apart from that it was an awsome day.

there was a guy there with a fully complete, roadworthy, track-going awesome MkI Fabia with a 1.8T in it.

That was me but had clutch slipping issues on both sessions and decided to trim the lawn as i past Taylor

Considering a 5/23 non skoda/skoda split for next time - freedom only of course. :)

As as happened this case, 2 skodas couldn't go, 1 skoda owner was on the crapper....  so these went to non skoda late drafts.  It happens, but its not something I am ever going to worry about.

Time for the interest thread for the Spring event to be started. ;)

Yes there was a few issues, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

Anyway I'm no David Bailey but with my new camera managed to take some shots of the two sessions. Had to shrink them down a bit to upload them and they are straight off the camera so no picking on me for poor composition, framing etc.

Hope you enjoy.

Oh if you are able to email the full res pics, i'd love the ones of my M3 :D

Thanks Karl ;-)

No problem Dave, if you stop the slide show and click on the images that you want in the address bar you will see 'P10000 and a number' note them down and send me a PM with your email address and I'll mail you the full size images over.

Taylor they are only 1/2 a Meg on photo bucket but full size is about 7 to 8 Meg.
